Emberwatch: Tower Defense
Privacy policy
Effective September 20, 2026
Kasabeh Technology, Toronto, Canada, develops Emberwatch: Tower Defense for iPhone and iPad. This policy covers the game, including its TestFlight builds, and information you send us about it.
Game data on your device
The game saves your best cleared wave and sound preference locally on your device. Battles in progress are held in memory and currently reset when the app is terminated. The game does not require an account, and we do not operate a server that receives your saved progress.
The game does not request access to your contacts, photos, microphone or precise location. Its 3D scene does not use the camera.
Advertising and consent services
Emberwatch includes Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). Rewarded ads are optional: you choose whether to watch one between waves for an in-game reward. Current development and TestFlight builds use Google's test ad units.
Consent services may connect to Google when the app opens. When permitted by the consent flow, the app initializes the advertising SDK and preloads an ad before you choose to watch it. Choosing not to watch an ad therefore does not mean that no network requests or SDK data processing occur. Test ads are not a promise of zero data collection.
Google's SDK may process IP addresses (including approximate location derived from them), device or app identifiers, advertising interactions, diagnostic information and performance data. These support ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and service operation. The data used can depend on your choices, device settings and Google's services. The game does not currently request Apple's tracking permission or directly access the advertising identifier (IDFA).
Read Google's privacy policy, how Google uses information from apps that use its services, and Google's iOS advertising SDK data disclosures.
Your choices
Where a consent message applies, the game uses UMP to present available choices before requesting ads. You can reopen available choices through the game's ad privacy control. The form and choices depend on your region and the service's configuration. You can play without watching rewarded ads, including when ads or consent services are unavailable.
You can remove locally saved game information by deleting the app. Any device backups are managed separately through Apple. You can also manage privacy and tracking permissions in your device settings.
Support and TestFlight feedback
If you email us, we receive your email address and the message, attachments and device details you choose to provide. We use this information to answer you, investigate problems and improve the game. Please do not send passwords or sensitive personal information.
Apple operates TestFlight and may provide us with beta feedback, screenshots, crash reports and testing information under its own services and settings. See Apple's privacy information.
Sharing, storage and retention
Advertising and consent data are processed by Google and its service partners under their policies. Apple processes TestFlight information under its policies. Information sent to us for support may be handled by our email and service providers and processed outside your province or country. We do not upload your saved game progress to an advertising service.
Local settings remain on your device until removed. We retain support correspondence as needed to address your request, maintain support records and meet applicable obligations. Google and Apple determine retention for information handled through their respective services. We use reasonable safeguards, but no storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Questions and privacy requests
Contact Kasabeh Technology at [email protected] with privacy questions or a request to access, correct or delete information you have provided to us. We may need to verify a request and explain any information we cannot delete or do not control. Parents or guardians can use the same contact for concerns about information a child may have provided.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page and its effective date when our practices change. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or release notes.
